摘　　要：随着全球经济的迅速发展,国际经济交往越来越密切,然而,在交往过程中滥用市场支配地位的行为却较为泛滥。禁止滥用市场支配地位作为反垄断法的三大支柱之一,我国施行不久的《反垄断法》对其做出了明确规制,但在实际实施过程中却存在着一系列问题与挑战,相关立法规制还有很长的路要走。With the quick global economic development,there is more and more international economic interaction.Therefore,abusing market dominant behavior is also spreading.Prohibition of abusing market dominant behavior is one of the three main issues in anti-monopoly law and it is clearly regulated in the law.But in the enforcement of the law,there still exists a series of problems and challenges.There is still a long way to go for the relevant legislative regulation.
