摘　　要：阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征因其高发病率、与心血管疾病间潜在的病理生理联系及有效治疗后对心血管疾病可能起到的改善作用,使得两者之间的关系及相关治疗成为近年来研究的一个热点。现就此进行综述。With the high prevalence,potential pathophysiology interaction of cardiovascular diseases,and the possible improvement of the cardiovascular diseases after efficient treatment of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome（OSAS）,the relationship between OSAS and cardiovascular diseases and the treatment of OSAS have become the hotspot in recent years.
