摘　　要：慢性心力衰竭作为一种进展性临床综合征,严重威胁患者的生命,也给整个社会带来了沉重的经济负担。近年来,随着研究的不断深入,针对衰竭心肌生物学性质的新的诊断方法和治疗手段不断涌现。现结合近年来的循证医学证据和国内外的最新指南,综述了慢性收缩性心衰的诊疗进展,同时也简介了舒张性心力衰竭(射血分数正常的心力衰竭)的诊疗进展。Chronic heart failure is a progressive syndrome that results in a poor prognosis for the patient.Recently,novel screening techniques and therapies have improved the outlook for patients with chronic heart failure by targeting the biological properties of the failed myocardium.This review discusses accepted and emerging diagnostic and therapeutic directions based on the latest evidence-based medicine literature and guidelines.
