珍珠粉与复方磺胺嘧啶联合应用治疗糖尿病Ⅳ期压疮的效果观察

摘　　要：[目的]探讨珍珠粉与复方磺胺嘧啶联合应用治疗Ⅳ期压疮的效果。[方法]将40例糖尿病Ⅳ期压疮病人随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组采用珍珠粉与复方磺胺嘧啶粉混合喷于创面上。对照组采用3%过氧化氢溶液冲洗,1%皮维碘湿敷。观察两组病人压疮愈合情况。[结果]观察组治愈率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]珍珠粉与复方磺胺嘧啶联合应用治疗Ⅳ期压疮效果明显,能减轻病人痛苦。Objective：To probe into the effects of pearl powder combining with compound sulfadiazine to cure the fourth grade pressure ulcer of diabetes patients.Methods：A total of 40 diabetes patients with the fourth grade pressure ulcer were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Patients of observation group were given pearl powder mixed with the compound sulfadiazine powder spray on the wound.Patients of control group were given 3% hydrogen peroxide douching and 1% povidone-iodine wet dressing.Then the healing state of pressure ulcer between the two group patients were observed.Results：The healing rate of observation group cases was higher than that of control group cases.There was statistical significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion：Pearl powder combining with compound sulfadiazine to treat diabetes patients with the fourth grade pressure ulcer has obvious effects.And it can relieve pain of patients.
