摘　　要：[目的]了解高校在读男护生职业认同状态及影响因素,为专业思想教育提供依据。[方法]整群抽取徐州医学院护理学院2008年—2010年在读男护生153人进行问卷调查及个人访谈。[结果]男护生对护理专业认同状态总体得分为2.11分±0.39分,不同年级得分及各因素得分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]高校男护生专业认同感处于中等水平,应加强专业思想教育以提高对护理职业的认同感,降低离职率。Objective：To know the status quo of professional identity and influencing factors of male nurses in high colleges and universities so as to provide some bases for professional ideological education.Methods：By cluster sampling,a total of 153 male nurses in nursing college of Xuzhou medical college from 2008 to 2010 were investigated by filling out questionnaires and personal interviews.Results：The total score of male nurses on professional identity state was 2.11±0.39.There were no significant differences among scores in different grades and different factors scores（P0.05）.Conclusion：The professional identity state of male nurses in high colleges was at moderate level.One should strengthen professional ideological education so as to enhance the identity on nursing specialties and to reduce the rate of giving up the profession.
