摘　　要：目的枸橼酸抗凝新鲜血是一种动态的和活的血细胞悬液,是一种保持内在互动网络的生命系统。在37℃温育1小时,我们可以将这短暂血细胞培养系统用于系统免疫学研究,称它为快速血液培养系统模式,这是一种系统免疫学计算研究方法。利用快速血细胞培养系统模式,可代替人体内和动物模型实验研究,在体外研究不同状态下血液固有免疫系统网络调控变化规律。方法快速血细胞培养系统模式有三种类型:①快速全血培养系统模式;②快速全血细胞培养系统模式;③快速白细胞培养系统模式。结果①快速全血培养系统模式能用于免疫原(各种疫苗和免疫调节剂)激活系统血液固有免疫反应及其调控机制研究;②快速全血细胞和白细胞培养系统模式能用于红细胞或其它血细胞免疫调控系统血液固有免疫反应机制研究。结论快速血培养系统模式是一种系统血液固有免疫学研究方法,系统血液固有免疫学是一种人体系统免疫学的重要研究窗口。系统血液固有免疫学研究方法在基础理论,免疫病理和免疫药物研究方面具有重要理论价值和应用价值。Objective The citrate anticoagulant fresh blood,a dynamic and living whole blood cells,is a living system.Incubated at 37 ℃ for 1 hour,this short-term blood cell culture system can be used for the system immunological study,which is called as rapid blood culture system model.Using rapid blood cell culture system model,we can study blood innate immune system regulative network in vitro.Method Three types of rapid blood cells culture system model：（1） Rapid whole blood culture system model;（2） Rapid whole blood cell culture system model;（3） Rapid leukocyte culture system model.Results（1） The rapid whole blood culture system model can be used for the vaccine activate systems blood innate immune response and its regulative network;（2） The rapid whole blood cell culture and leukocyte culture system model can be used for red blood cell immune regulation and vaccine activation of the systems blood innate immune response.Conclusion The short-term rapid blood culture system model is a systems blood innate immunology research method.Systems blood innate immunology is an important window of systems immunology research.Systems blood innate immunology research methods have important application value in basic theory and immune drug research.
