摘 要:目的探讨骨髓源性肝干细胞移植对小鼠肝纤维化的影响。方法 16只酒精性肝纤维化雌性小鼠随机分为移植组和对照组,移植组小鼠(n=8)接受同基因型雄性小鼠的骨髓单个核细胞移植,对照组小鼠(n=8)接受等体积的含10%小牛血清IMDM培养液输注。术后30天活杀小鼠取血行肝功能测定、取肝行常规组织病理学观察和肝组织中胶原含量测定。结果移植组小鼠的肝功能和肝结构恢复显著优于对照组,肝组织中的胶原含量显著少于对照组。结论骨髓源性肝干细胞移植可以使小鼠肝纤维化病变的结构和功能得到显著改善,可以显著减少纤维化肝组织中的胶原含量。Objective To explore the action of bone marrow mononuclearcell transplantation on hepatic fibrosis in mice.Method 16 female mice with alcoholic liver fibrosis were randomly divided into group A(n = 8) and B(n =8).The mice in group A received syngeneic male mice bone marrow mononuclearcell transplantation.The animals in group B received isovolumetric IMDM supplemented with 10% new bovine serum infusion.The examinations of hepatic function,hepatic histopathology and collagen content in hepatic tissue were performed at the 30th day postoperatively.Result The hepatic function and morphosis restoration in group A were significantly better than those in group B.The collagen content in liver in group A was markedly less than that in group B.Conclusion The function and structure of the fibrotic liver could be ameliorated and the collagen content in liver could be reduced significantly by bone marrow mononuclearcell transplantation in mice.
