改良B-Lynch缝合术在剖宫产术中大出血的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨改良B-Lynch缝合术在剖宫产术中产后出血的临床实用价值。方法 2007年4月～2009年10月对53例剖宫产术中大出血患者进行B-Lynch或改良B-Lynch缝合术。结果 51例手术成功,随访无异常;2例失败,行子宫切除术。结论改良式B-Lynch缝合术治疗产后出血止血效果确切、快速,方法简便,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the practical value of the strap suture uterine modified surgery in the treatment of postpartum haemorrhage during cesarean section.Methods From April 2007 to October 2009,53 cases of postpartum haemorrhage all couldn＇t control bleeding by conservative treatment.They were all treated by using B-Lynch or modified B-Lynch suture.Results 51 cases had successful operations and follow-up showed they all were recovered without abnormality;2 cases failed the operations,and underwent hysterectomy.Conclusion The strap suture uterine modified surgery with ascending aorta sewing pierced surgery of uterine artery is one of the effective measures in emergency postpartum haemorrhage caused by stubborn uterine atony,without affection in menstruation recovery.
