摘　　要：目的分析老年患者留置尿管而出现尿液渗漏的原因,探讨其护理对策。方法回顾性分析112例留置尿管老年患者,对其中出现尿液渗漏病例的数据进行统计。结果留置尿管后出现尿液渗漏的情况,主要与患者年龄、留置时间有关;而不同性别之间差别不大。结论总结分析后得知,根据患者年龄选择适宜的气囊导尿管,并通过各种护理手段来减少留置尿管的时间,同时做好病人的健康教育和心理护理是防止留置尿管后出现尿液渗漏的关键。Objective To analyse the reasons of elderly patients＇ urine leakage after indwelling catheter,and discuss the nursing countermeasures.Methods Retrospective analysis of 112 cases of elderly patients＇ urine leakage after indwelling catheter.Results The situa tion of urine leakage was related with patients＇ age or catheter indwelling time,but there was no obvious difference among different genders.Conclusion We found that choosing proper aerocyst urethral catheter based on patients＇ age,reducing the time of catheter indwelling,and health education and psychological nursing for elderly patients were the key to prevent urine from leaking after indwelling catheter.
