摘 要:目的通过回顾分析糖耐量减退(IGT)患者空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)与糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)的关系,比较评价它们对血糖的控制价值。方法选择我院2008年1月~2009年12月IGT患者105例,随机记录某一日FPG及2hPG,并检测HbA1c。并以空腹血糖(FPG)及餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)作为分组的依据,进行分组统计学分析。结果 A2组的空腹血糖高于A1组的血糖(P〈0.01),但2组间HbA1c差异无显著性(P〉0.05),其中A1组HbA1c≥6.0%12例,占18.5%,HbA1c≥6.5%4例,占6.5%,A2组HbA1c≥6.0%14例,占32.6%,HbA1c≥6.5%5例,占11.6%;B2组的餐后2 h血糖高于B1组的血糖(P〈0.01),但2组间HbA1c差异无显著性(P〉0.05),其中B1组HbA1c≥6.0%11例,占18.6%,HbA1c≥6.54例,占6.8%,B2组HbA1c≥6.0%16例,占34.8%,HbA1c≥6.5%6例,占13.0%。结论 HbA1c作为IGT患者病情控制的判断较FPG、2hPG更为准确,且对慢性高血糖更有意义。Objective To compare and evaluate the blood sugar control function through retrospectively analyzing relations between IGT patients' FPG,2hPG and HbA1c.Methods The random record of FPG and 2hPG of a certain day was made about the selected 105 IGT patients in our hospital from January 2008 to December 2009 and HbA1c was checked as well.Statistics were analyzed with FPG and 2hPG as grouping basis.Results The IGT of A2 group was higher than that of A1(P0.01),yet there was no obvious difference in HbA1c in both groups(P0.05).12 cases'HbA1c was ≥6.0% in A1 group(18.5%),and 4 cases' HbA1c was ≥6.5%(6.5%).14 cases'HbA1c was ≥6.0% in A2 group(32.6%),and 5 cases'HbA1c was≥6.5%,(11.6%).The 2hPG in B2 group was higher than that in B1 group(P0.01).However,there was no obvious difference in HbA1c in both groups(P0.05).11 cases'HbA1c was ≥6.0% in B1 group(18.6%),and 4 cases' HbA1c was ≥6.54%(6.8%).16 cases'HbA1c was ≥6.0% in B2 group(34.8%),6 cases'HbA1c was ≥6.5%(13%).Conclusion HbA1c used as a judgment for IGT patients' blood sugar control is more precise than FPG and 2hPG and more significant for chronic hyperglycemia.
