以血小板减少首诊的干燥综合征7例临床分析

摘　　要：目的了解以血小板减少首诊的干燥综合征(SS)的临床特点及实验室特点。方法回顾性分析7例以血小板减少首诊的SS患者的临床资料,并对其进行分析。结果 SS患者以女性多见,临床上可以表现为血小板减少,糖皮质激素等免疫抑制治疗可以取得较好疗效。结论诊断血小板减少症时,一定要完善免疫方面检查,注意排除SS。Objective To analyze and understand the clinical and laboratory features of Sjogren＇s syndrome（SS） seeking treatment as thrombocytopenia in the first visit.Methods 7 cases of SS seeking treatment as thrombocytopenia in the first visit were retrospectively studied and their clinical data were analyzed.Results SS patients are commonly females.Clinically the syndrome may take the form of thrombocytopenia.Immuno-depression treatment with glucocorticoid hormone may achieve ideal efficacy.Conclusion It is strongly advisable that examination in immunologic function should be complete and thorough in the diagnosis of thrombocytopenia so as to exclude SS.
