磷酸钠盐口服溶液在结肠镜检查前肠道准备中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察磷酸钠盐口服溶液清洁肠管的效果和不良反应。方法应用磷酸钠盐口服溶液进行结肠镜检查前肠道准备,136例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组口服聚乙二醇电解质散,观察组口服磷酸钠盐口服溶液。观察用药过程中排便情况,肠腔清洗效果和气泡存在情况,比较服药前后3 d便性状及次数,记录不良反应。结果 131例患者完成观察,其中A组66例,B组65例。2组患者在服药后约0.5~1.5 h开始排便,排便4~8次后即可接受肠镜检查,2组清洁肠道的有效率均为100%。对照组2例、观察组1例出现轻度恶心、头昏和头痛。2组在排便时间、肠腔清洗效果、服药前后大便性状和次数及不良反应间比较无显著差异。结论磷酸钠盐口服溶液应用于结肠镜检查前肠道准备安全有效,准备时间短,服用液体总量少,值得临床推广应用。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of oral Fleet Phospho-soda laxative in the bowel preparation for colonoscopy.Methods 136 patients undergoing colonoscopy were randomized into a polyethylene glycol-electrolyte powder group（group A） and an oral Fleet Phospho-soda laxative group（group B） for bowel preparation.The quality of feces removal,the bowel cleanness,and changes in bowel habits were assessed and compared.The reverse reactions were observed simultaneously.Results 131 cases including 66 in group A and 65 in group B went through the observation.Patients in the two groups began to go to stool 0.5~1.5 hours after taking medicine.Colonoscopy could be administered after 4~8 times of stool discharging.The effective rate of bowel cleanness was 100 % in the two groups.Mild nausea,dizziness and headache occurred in two cases of group A and one case of group B.There were no remarkable differences in bowel discharge time,bowel cleanness,bowel habits and reverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion Oral Fleet Phospho-soda laxative is safe and effective in the bowel preparation for colonoscopy.It has the benefits of substantially less preparation time and fluid intake.
