摘　　要：以父母代肉种鸡为材料，用比浊法测定血浆ＶＬＤＬ浓度，分别以１６ 周龄、６ 周龄血浆ＶＬＤＬ 浓度为选择指标建立零世代、一世代肉鸡高脂系和低脂系，探讨了肉鸡体重和血浆ＶＬＤＬ浓度的选择反应。结果：１ ．零世代、一世代肉鸡血浆ＶＬＤＬ浓度变异很大，变异系数分别为４３ ．６％ ～７４．６％ 和３８．７％ ～７９．９％ ，二个世代选择后，血浆ＶＬＤＬ浓度变异系数在高、低脂系中分别为３７％ ～５２％ 和３１％ ～４６％ ，表明对血浆ＶＬＤＬ浓度的选择，降低了其变异程度；２ ．经一个世代选择后，高、低脂系血浆ＶＬＤＬ浓度无显著差异，二个世代后，从绝对值上看，高脂系公、母鸡血浆ＶＬＤＬ 浓度分别高于低脂系公、母鸡，表明选择产生了效果，但选择反应很小；３．经一个世代选择后，高、低脂系体重差异不显著，二个世代选择后，高脂系体重大于低脂系，结果表明对血浆ＶＬＤＬ浓度的低向选择，其体重也下降。The chickens studied were from meat-type breeding birds.Plasma very low density lipoprotein(VLDL)concentration was measured by turbidimetric assay.Fat line and lean lines of G 0 and G 1 generation were established by selecting plasma VLDL at 16,6 weeks of age,respectively.Selective responses of body weight,plasma VLDL in broilers were investigated.The results showed as follows:1)The variation of plasma VLDL was very high,the variation coefficients in G 0 and G 1 generation were 43.6%～74.6% and 48.8%～79.9%,respectively.After two cycles of selecting against plasma VLDL,the variation coefficients of plasma VLDL in fat and lean lines were 37%～52% and 31%～46%,respectively.The results indicated that selecting against plasma VLDL could reduce its variation.2)There were no difference in plasma VLDL between fat line and lean line after one generation selection.Plasma VLDL was higher in fat line than that in lean line after two cycles of selection,which indicated that selective response for plasma VLDL was appearent but small.3)There were no difference in body weight between fat line and lean line after one generation selection.Body weight of broilers was higher in fat line than in lean line after two cycles of selecting against plasma VLDL,which indicate that dody weight world reduce when selecting for low plasma VLDL.
