摘 要:目的探讨不同氧气湿化装置对高血压脑出血患者肺部感染的影响。方法将145例高血压脑出血患者随机分为对照组61例和干预组84例。对照组患者在常规护理的基础上,应用传统的氧气湿化瓶持续吸氧;干预组患者运用一体式输氧装置持续吸氧。结果干预组肺部感染发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组和干预组氧气湿化液的致病菌检出率分别为38.33%和5.00%,对照组的氧气湿化液与痰培养病原菌具有一致性。结论一体式输氧装置可降低高血压脑出血患者肺部感染。Objective To explore the effect of different oxygen supply devices on prevention of pulmonary infection in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 145 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were randomly assigned to a control group (n=61) and an intervention group (n=84).The control group received continuous oxygen therapy with traditional recycled oxygen humidifier bottles,while patients in the intervention group were given continuous oxygen therapy with integrated oxygen supply device.Results The incidence rate of pulmonary infection in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P0.05).The positive rates of pathogen detection of humidification fluid were 38.33% in the control group and 5.00% in the intervention group respectively,and the pathogens found in the humidification fluid in the control group were consistent with those found in the sputum culture.Conclusion Usage of integrated oxygen supply device can reduce pulmonary infection in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.
