乳腺癌围术期健康教育路径实施效果评价体系的构建

摘　　要：目的建立乳腺癌围术期健康教育路径实施效果的评价体系,以科学评价乳腺癌患者围术期健康教育效果。方法通过文献回顾和专家会议法初步确定路径实施效果评价指标,采用Delphi法对23名临床护理专家进行3轮咨询。结果三轮专家咨询问卷有效回收率均为100%;专家权威系数0.870;三轮调查Kendall和谐系数分别为0.363、0.378、0.481(均P<0.01)。初步确立乳腺癌围术期健康教育路径实施效果评价8个一级指标即入院指导、术前指导、术晨指导、术后指导、化疗指导、康复指导、出院指导、总体评价和43个二级指标。结论乳腺癌围术期健康教育路径实施效果评价体系的专家积极性、权威程度及专家意见的集中程度均较高,显示评价体系的可信程度较高。Objective To establish an index system for evaluating effect of perioperative health education path for breast cancer patients,and to evaluate perioperative health education scientifically.Methods Literature review and expert meeting were employed to construct the framework of the evaluation system.Then,23 experts were consulted by three rounds in terms of their opinions about the evaluation index system by using Delphi method.Results The response rates of questionnaires of three rounds of expert consultation were 100%;the authority degree of the experts was 0.870;the Kendall coefficient of concordance were 0.363,0.378,0.481 of three rounds respectively,with statistical significance （P0.01 for all）.And the evaluation system was established including such 8 first-level indexes as admission instruction,preoperative instruction,instruction on surgery day mor-ning,postoperative instruction,chemotherapy instruction,rehabilitation instruction,discharge instruction and overall evaluation,and 43 second-level indexes.Conclusion The evaluation index system of perioperative health education path for breast cancer patients has high reliability,which can be confirm from experts′ attentive involvement,their aurhority degree and the concentrating degree of their views.
