不同采收时期白术的质量测定

摘　　要：目的:探讨不同采收时期白术的质量,并进行统计及比较。方法:选取浙江产白术,将其根据采收时期的不同进行分组,并根据其采收时期及生长年限,应用高效液相色谱法对白术进行白术内酯Ⅰ、白术内酯Ⅲ及苍术酮含量的测定,并将测定结果进行统计及比较。结果:经研究比较发现,随着年份的增加,白术内酯Ⅰ、白术内酯Ⅲ及苍术酮的含量均呈现上升趋势,而且11月上旬采摘的白术的白术内酯Ⅰ、白术内酯Ⅲ及苍术酮的含量高于其他月份,经比较,P均<0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论:不同采收时期白术的质量明显不同,购买时以3年生11月上旬采摘者质量最佳。Objective：To explore the quality of atractylodes at different harvest period,and to compare and analyse the results.Methods：The atractylodes in Zhejiang were grouped according to the different harvest period,and the atractylodes lactone Ⅰ,atractylodes lactone Ⅲ and atractylon of the atractylodes were detected by high performance liquid chromatography according to the harvest period and growth years,and the detection were analyzed and compared.Results：With the years increasing,contents of atractylodes lactone Ⅰ,atractylodes lactone Ⅲ and atractylon of the atractylodes increased,and the contents of atractylodes lactone Ⅰ,atractylodes lactone Ⅲ and atractylon of the atractylodes at beginning of November were higher than those at other months,P0.05,there were significant differences.Conclusion：The quality of atractylodes at different harvest period are obviously different,the three years＇ old atractylodes at beginning of November is the best.
