中西药治疗少弱精子症临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察五子衍宗丸与左卡尼汀口服液治疗少、弱精子症的临床疗效。方法:门诊患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组服用五子衍宗丸,对照组服用左卡尼汀口服液。12周为1个疗程,以治疗1个疗程后精液参数(密度、活力)的改变以及受孕情况为观察指标。结果:经过12周的治疗,两组精子参数均比治疗前有明显提高,且治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药五子衍宗丸治疗少、弱精子症疗效优于西药左卡尼汀口服液。Objective：Wuzi Yanzong pills oral treatment with L-carnitine small,weak clinical efficacy of sperm.Methods：The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,treatment group were treated with Wuzi Yanzong pills,the control group were given oral L-carnitine.12 weeks for one course to a course of treatment after the semen parameters （density,energy） and the situation changes and pregnancy were observed.Results：After 12 weeks of treatment,the parameters of sperm treatment group showed significant improvement compared with the control group were significantly different （P0.05）.Conclusion：Chinese medicine Wuzi Yanzong pills treatment is more effective than western medicine asthenospermia oral L-carnitine.
