摘 要:以41份大白菜核心自交系为试验材料,利用AFLP标记方法检测其遗传多样性水平,结果表明,12对引物组合多态性条带在4~26之间,平均多态率为45.75%。自交系间遗传距离在0.127~0.732之间,平均遗传距离为0.401。对4种生态类型的大白菜自交系进行组内多态性分析发现,平头型大白菜遗传多样性最为丰富,直筒型、卵圆型次之,短筒型遗传多样性最为狭窄。聚类分析表明,供试材料在低的自展值下被分为2个类群,但2个类群的划分不能完全反映大白菜的生态类型和形态特征。特殊配合力强、杂交优势明显的自交系间遗传距离相对较远,分别聚类在不同的类群中。研究结果明确了山西现有大白菜种质资源的遗传背景,对于有效发掘和利用山西省大白菜种质资源、杂种优势预测、亲本选配、育种水平提高具有重要的理论和实践意义。Genetic diversity level and relationship of 41 chinese cabbage selfing lines were tested by means of AFLP.Twelve pairs of 3+3 primer combination producing 4~26 polymorphism and the mean polymorphism was approximately 45.75%.Genetic diversity was the greatest in the flat head ecotypes and significantly lower in the short head ecotype.There were the greatest genetic diversity among and lowest gentic divesity among short head ecotypes.The genetic distance of 41 self lines varied from 0.127 to 0.732.In the experiment 41 materials were divided into two clusters.Chinese cabbage germplasms with varied head types could not be distinguished based on molecular data.The result here clarified the genetic relationships among the chinese cabbage breeding materials in Shanxi province and provide valuable information for breeding.
