3种杀虫剂对星豹蛛捕食功能的影响

摘　　要：在室内条件下,分别用家保(啶虫脒)1500,2500倍液,阿锐宝(高效氯氰菊酯)2000,4000倍液,金福丁(新阿维菌素)3000,6000倍液对星豹蛛进行喷雾处理,测定各剂量农药对星豹蛛的杀伤力及喷施高浓度农药后幸存的星豹蛛第1,3,5天的捕食功能反应。结果表明:啶虫脒和高效氯氰菊酯对星豹蛛的杀伤率较大,新阿维菌素对星豹蛛的杀伤率较小;同时,3种杀虫剂影响星豹蛛的捕食能力,家保对星豹蛛的捕食作用影响较大。Under the laboratory condition,three pesticides acetamiprid,beta-cypermethrin and abamectin to deal with Pardosa astrigera were used to measuring the death rate and predation functional response of Pardosa astrigera by spraying pesticides.The result of the test in laboratory showed that toxicity of acetaniprid and beta-cypermethrin were strong to Pardosa astrigera than microbial insecticides.At the mean time,three pesticides had effect on predation functional response of Pardosa astrigera and the results indicated that acetaniprid had more effect on Pardosa astrigera.
