摘　　要：目的:设计基于医院内部局域网和军事综合信息网的军队医疗保障移动服务平台。方法:对军队医疗保障移动服务平台系统的功能设计、性能要求以及网络适应环境等方面进行了探讨和分析,以构建平战结合的军队医疗保障移动服务平台。结果:实现部队基层医疗机构与部队医院这两级医疗机构之间的完整业务工作链。结论:该平台的构建与实施,有效解决了部队基层医疗机构与医院之间医疗信息共享的问题,减少了官兵及老干部就医环节诸多不便,提高了医疗服务质量。Objective To design the mobile service platform in military medical security based on the LAN in hospital and military integrated information network.Methods The function design,performance requirements and network adaptation to the environment for the mobile service platform in military medical security were probed and analyzed in order to construct the platform which was fit at peacetime and wartime.Results The construction of military medical security mobile platform realized a complete chain of wartime and peacetime services between the two-tier institutions of primary military medical unit and military hospital.Conclusion The military medical security mobile platform solves the problem of information sharing between the two-tier institutions of primary military medical unit and military hospital effectively,and conquer the difficulty in medical treatment of the military official,soldier and retired cadre.
