摘　　要：目的:探讨18G-90mm穿刺针套管与18G-130mm穿刺针在后上肺小结节穿刺中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析科室在2007-09—2010-05期间26例后上肺小结节穿刺的使用效果。结果:26例均为1次穿刺成功,除1例因气胸后患者不能继续配合,导致取材不足未能做出正确病理诊断外,对其余病例均做出了准确的病理诊断,准确率达96%。结论:18G-90mm穿刺针套管与18G-130mm穿刺针在后上肺小结节穿刺中的应用效果好,值得推荐,但选择合适病例并精确控制穿刺针是穿刺成功的关键。Objective To investigate the clinical value of STK 18G-90mm trochar and 18G-130mm puncture needle for the biopsy of the upper back lung.Methods 26 cases going through the biopsy of upper lung nodule from September 2007 to May 2010 were analyzed retrospectively.Results All 26 cases were accompanied by successful puncture in one time,and pathological diagnoses were made except one with pneumothorax,thus the accuracy was 96%.Conclusion STK 18G-90mm trochar and 18G-130mm puncture needle can be applied for the biopsy of the upper back lung when appropriate cases are chosen and needles are controlled precisely.
