摘 要:用烧渗法和化学沉积法在冰箱启动用PTC陶瓷上制作了Zn/Cu、Ni—P/Cu和Cu/Ni—P双层贱金属电极,并对它们的电学性能进行了测试.结果表明,Zn/Cu和Ni—P/Cu贱金属电极能较好地满足PTC陶瓷产品的要求,而Cu/Ni—P电极可用来调节PTC陶瓷的室温电阻率.We prepared Zn/Cu, Ni-P/Cu and Cu/Ni-P double layer base metal electrods on PTC ceramics by firing process and electroless plating. The properties of the eleetrods were measured. The results show that Zn/Cu and Ni-P/Cu electrods on PTC ceramics not only have an excellent weldability, but also good conductivities. The latter can protect the PTC ceramics from breaking up, because of the center-overheat when applying a high voltage on the Ni-P or firing Zn electrods on PTC ceramics. And Cu/Ni-P electrod can be used to regulate the room temperature resistivity of the PTC ceramics.
