小口径PVC管扩口模具设计

摘　　要：针对设施农业输配水管网用口径不大于φ63mm的PVC管口成型特点,设计了推拉滑动式八滑块结构的扩口模,并介绍了模具的结构特点及主要零件设计及计算。该模具结构紧凑、简单,加工制造容易,并且操作方便,扩口精度高,使用寿命长,其提高了小口径管材扩口成型的质量。In allusion to the shaping characters of calibers no more than φ63mm of the PVC pipes used for water Distribution pipe network in Installation Agriculture,a flaring die of push-pull sliding mode of eight slide block structure is designed.In addition,the structure characteristics and main parts design of the die are introduced.The flaring die which has compact,simple structure,high precision,long service life is easily manufactured and operated.It raises the shaping quality of the flaring for small caliber PVC pipe.
