摘  要:采用毛细管气相色谱法,以草酸二乙酯为内标物,对噻吩、乙酸酐、3-乙酰噻吩和2-乙酰噻吩的混剂进行定量分析。在本研究中建立的色谱条件下,同分异构体3-乙酰噻吩同2-乙酰噻吩有较好的分离效果。建立了各组分与内标物浓度比(Y)与其积分面积比(X)之间的线性回归方程;该方法对反应体系中噻吩、乙酸酐、3-乙酰噻吩和2-乙酰噻吩的平均收率分别为101.73%、99.16%、104.83%和101.47%,相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为2.93%、3.60%、3.69%和1.45%。A method is described for the determination of thiophene,acetic anhydride,3-acetylthiophene and 2-acetylthiophene by capillary gas chromatography with FID and a Carbowax-20M capillary column,using diethyl oxalate as the internal standard.Under the selected chromatographic conditions,the separation efficiency between 3-acetylthiophene and 2-acetylthiophene was good.A series of linear equations between quality and peak area ratio were built up.The relative standard deviations and the average recoveries for thiophene,acetic anhydride,3-acetylthiophene and 2-acetylthiophene were 2.93%,3.60%,3.69%,1.45% and 99.16%,104.83%,101.47%,101.73%,respectively.
