摘　　要：丽赛/丝凯尔/竹浆纤维/棉混纺面料综合了4种纤维的优点,具有很好的亲肤性、吸湿性、透气性,布面平整光洁,手感滑爽,外观光泽亮丽,并具有较好的抗皱性,风格独特。通过优选混纺比、对纤维预处理和对关键工序进行工艺优化,有效地解决了纺纱过程中产生静电、缠罗拉,织造过程中开口清晰度差、纱线断头多等技术难题,提高了成纱质量及织机效率。Richel/Sikaier/bamboo pulp fiber/cotton blended fiber fabric combines the advantages of the 4 different fibers, characteristic of skin - friendly, hygroscopicity, air permeability, smooth and flat surface, soft touch, lustrous appearance as well as wrinkle resistance and unique style. Through the optimization of blending ratio and fiber pretreatment as well as optimizing the technology of key processes, static electricity accumulated and roller wrapped during spinning and bad reed opening and ends breakage in weaving are solved with the yarn quality and loom efficieney improved.
