细特纯羊绒纱纺纱关键技术研究

摘　　要：针对山羊绒较难纺制细特纱的问题,提出用创新型半精纺技术开发生产细特羊绒纱,半精纺纺纱系统是介于精纺和粗纺之间的一种纺纱方式,该系统特别适合于纺制特种动物纤维类纱线。采用改良的国产毛纺棉纺设备,开发生产半精纺细特羊绒纱,对原料选用、设备改造、工艺流程、工艺参数等关键技术进行了研究。经过试验,成纱质量达到标准要求。To overcome the problems in spinning fine tex cashmere yarn, semi -worsted spinning, a kind of spinning between worsted spinning and woolen spinning, is proposed to develop fine tex cashmere yarn, which is particularly suitable for spinning special animal fiber yarn. The development of the yarn is done on the improved domestic cotton ＆ woolen spinning equipment. Researches on selection of material, equipment modification, processing flow and process parameters are all well done. The test proves that the formed yarn meets the quality standards.
