我国开放存取政策浅析

摘　　要：开放存取消除了学术传播中的"期刊危机"与"认证危机"。为了解我国开放存取研究的现状,笔者利用CNK I数据库对关键词为"开放存取"或"开放获取"的文献进行了检索,在对我国开放存取研究现状进行梳理的基础上,对开放存取涉及到的实体对象、开放存取面临的问题进行了归纳,最后分别从国家层面、机构层面、个人层面对我国开放存取政策的制定进行了探讨。Open access eliminates the ＂journals crisis＂ and ＂permission crisis＂ in scholarly communication.To know the current condition of open access in China,the authors use the CNKI database to retrieve the related papers using ＂open access＂ as key word.This paper briefly introduces the objects and the problems involved in open access basing on the current condition of open access.The paper also discusses open access policies from country level,institute level and individual level.
