摘　　要：计算2006-2009年间物理学领域和医学或生理学领域21名诺贝尔获奖者的h指数、g指数和hg指数,分别按h指数、g指数和hg指数进行排序,考察hg指数的排序是否较h指数和g指数排序更优,从而为科研人员绩效评价提供一个更为合理的指标。We calculated the h-index,g-index and hg-index of 21 Nobel winners in Physics and Medicine or Physiology areas in the period of 2006-2009,then sorted them by h-index,g-index and hg-index respectively and examined whether the ranking of sorting by hg index is better than by h-index and g-index,so as to provide a more reasonable index to evaluate the scientific output of researchers.
