摘　　要：针对数字化火力对抗系统中装备倾斜角度精确测量的要求,设计了一种高精度的倾角测量系统。系统包括以加速度计SCA103T和微处理器MSP430为核心的硬件电路,以A/D转换器ADS1110采样控制、温度传感器DS18B20温度补偿和全双工异步通信为核心的下位机软件,以及以微软基础类为核心的上位机软件。编写IIR数字滤波算法,充分抑制振动噪声干扰。实测结果显示,本系统倾角测量精度可达0.002°,具备环境温度补偿功能,满足实际火力对抗的需求。According to the requirements of accurate measurement for equipment＇s tilt angle in digital counter fire system,an inclination measuring system with high-resolution was designed.The system was composed by the hardware circuit with the kernel of accelerometer SCA103T and MCU MSP430,the subordinate computer software with the kernel of ADC ADS1110 sampling control,temperature sensor DS18B20 temperature compensation and full-duplex asynchronous communication,and the supervisory computer software with the kernel of MFC.The IIR digital filtering algorithm was complied to achieve the inhibition of the vibration noise fully.The result shows that the accuracy of the inclination measuring system is up to 0.002°,with the temperature compensation,and the system meets the actual needs of firepower countermeasure.
