摘 要:本文对零电压准方波Buck变换器的工作原理、软开关条件进行了深入的分析,提出一种新型的控制策略,通过检测辅助开关管漏源电流控制辅助开关管的关断时刻,由输出电感的正向电流控制主开关管的关断时刻,在所设定的死区时间内使主开关管和辅助开关管能在较宽的输出电压和负载电流变化范围内实现零电压软开关。制作了一台150 W的实验样机对理论分析进行验证,电路仿真和实验结果表明,该变换器具有软开关范围广、开关损耗小、效率高等优点,特别适用于输入电压恒定、需要降压的应用场合。The operation principles and the condition of soft-switching of the zero-voltage quasi-square-wave Buck converter are analyzed in detail in the paper. A novel soft-switching eontrol strategy,in which the turn-off moment of the auxiliary switch is controlled by the negative inductor current and the turn-off moment of the main switch is controlled by the positive inductor current, is proposed to realize the zero-voltage soft-switching for the main switch and auxiliary switch under wide output voltage and load current range. Some experimental measurements have been done through its application to the electronic ballast for 150W MH lamp. The simulation and experimental results show that the proposed converter has such advantages as wide soft-switchlng range, less switching losses, higher efficiency and reliability, etc.
