摘　　要：介绍了一种能有效整合DC/DC和DC/AC两级电能变换的自然软开关逆变器拓扑结构,详细分析了该拓扑工作在特殊直通零矢量时,逆变器开关管的转换过程。指出采用传统单一锯齿载波调制模式势必引起输出逆变器上下桥臂开关管发热失衡。为此,提出一种适用于此拓扑的优化控制方案,在获得最佳软化效果的同时,维持逆变器上下桥臂开关管发热均衡。实验证明优化控制方案的有效性。In this paper, a natural soft-switching inverter is introduced, which can integrate DC/DC and DC/AC two stages power conversion. During the special shoot-through Zero states, the switching process is analyzed in detail, which reveals that the thermal unbalance of inverter will occur due to the unchanged saw-tooth wave carrier. Based on this fact, a new optimize control strategy is proposed making the switches of the inverter operate in the state of thermal balance. Experimental results are presented to verify the validity of this new control method.
