新农村建设中新型村镇规模问题探讨

摘　　要：新型村镇的建设有利于节约集约利用土地、实现规模经济、完善农村基础设施、促进农村现代化,应当能够成为未来中部平原地区农村发展的典型模式.以河南省封丘县鲁岗乡为研究区对中部平原典型农区新农村建设中的新型村镇规模问题进行了初步探讨,并通过相应指标的计算得出1万人左右人口规模的新型村镇在全乡能够节省土地530.01 hm2,人均耕地面积达到0.6 hm2,耕作半径为2.05 km,基础设施基本完善,是较为适宜的新型村镇规模.Construction of new towns is good for economical use of land,achieving economies of scale,improving rural infrastructure,promoting rural modernization.It should be able to become the typical pattern of rural development of the central China.This paper uses lugang town,fengqiu county,Henan province as research area and preliminary studies the suitable scale of new town at the typical agricultural areas of central China.Through calculating related indexs we get results that if every new town has 10 000 persons it will save land in the township 530.01 hm^2,per-capita cultivated area will reach 0.6 hm^2,farming radius is 2.05 km,infrastructure is greatly improved.That is suiatable scale of the new town.
