摘　　要：近年来,随着交通运输事业的发展,交通量大幅度提高,超载现象较为严重,部分公路桥梁结构出现了不同程度的损坏,其中有相当一部分已不能满足使用要求,这在我国乃至全世界范围内均为普遍现象。故对有缺陷的桥梁进行安全评估和加固补强,使其恢复正常运行,是交通建设中的重要任务。Along with the development of transportation industry in recent years,the traffic volume increases greatly,and the overloading is getting more and more strict.Part of the highway bridge structures are damaged to different degrees,and a considerable portion of which can＇t meet the operating requirements.This is a common phenomenon in China and even around the world.Therefore,conducting safety assessment and reinforcement to defective bridge to make it resume normal operation is an important issue in transportation construction.
