摘　　要：结合公路工程项目的特点,建立沿海公路建设项目的社会经济环境影响评价指标体系,并采用层次分析法和灰色关联分析法,对公路行经区段的社会经济环境受拟建项目的影响进行分析,可为项目决策提供依据。Combining with the characteristics of highway engineering,the evaluating indicator system about social and economic environment influence of coastal highway projects is established,and the impact of planned construction projects on social and economic environment of the district along highway is analyzed by analytic hierarchy process and grey relational analysis,which can provide basis for decision making.
