中药治疗慢性前列腺炎48例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察运用加味八正散治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎(湿热下注型)的效果。方法:将96例慢性非细菌性前列腺炎患者按照就诊顺序随机分成治疗组和对照组各48例,对比观察组和对照组治疗4周后NIH-CPSI评分及前列腺液的变化。结果:治疗组治愈23例,显效12例,有效8例,无效5例,总有效率为89.58%;对照组治愈16例,显效10例,有效10例,无效12例,总有效率为75.00%。2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:八正散加减治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎有较好疗效,值得推广。Objective: To observe the effect of Jiaweibazhengsan Powder on the treatment of chronic non-bacterial prostatitis(damp type) patients.Methods: 96 patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,48 patients each group.NIH-CPSI score and prostatic fluid changes of the treatment group and the control group were compared after a 4-week treatment.Results: 23 patients in the treatment group were cured,12 patients markedly effective,8 effective and 5 ineffective,with 89.58% of the total effective rate.16 patients in the control group were cured,10 markedly effective,10 effective and 12 ineffective,with 75.00 % of the total effective rate.The comparison of the 2 groups showed the significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion: Jiaweibazhengsan Powder has a good effect on the treatment of chronic non-bacterial prostatitis patients and is worth promoting.
