摘  要:目的筛选分离纯化荆芥总黄酮的最佳树脂。方法以荆芥中总黄酮的各种静态吸附和动态吸附参数为指标,确定最佳的大孔吸附树脂。结果在试验条件下,AB-8型树脂对荆芥总黄酮的分离纯化效果最好。结论 AB-8型大孔吸附树脂能有效分离纯化荆芥中的总黄酮。Objective To distinguish the best resin for the screen,separation,and purification of the total flavonoids from Schizonepeta tenuifolia among five different types of polar macroporous resins.Methods To examine and analyze the level of parameters on static and dynamic adsorption of the total flavonoids in Schizonepeta tenuifolia to select the best macroporous resin.Results It has been found that,putting all indicators together,the AB-8 resin has the best incentive effect on the separation and purification of Schizonepeta tenuifolia under all kinds of experimental conditions.Conclusion AB-8 macroporous resin is the most effective macroporous resin to law the separation and purification of the total flavonoids from Schizonepeta tenuifolia.
