阿立哌唑与利培酮治疗儿童少年首发精神分裂症对照研究

摘　　要：目的探讨阿立哌唑治疗儿童少年精神分裂症的疗效及安全性。方法将35例儿童少年首发精神分裂症患者随机分为两组,分别给予阿立哌唑与利培酮治疗8周,于治疗前及治疗1,2,4,8周末采用简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)和副反应量表(TESS)评定疗效和不良反应。结果治疗8周后,阿立哌唑组显效率为57.89%,总有效率为84.21%,利培酮组显效率为56.25%,总有效率为81.25%。两组总有效率无显著性差异(P>0.05),但阿立哌唑起效更快,不良反应较利培酮少而轻微。结论阿立哌唑治疗儿童少年精神分裂症安全、有效,且起效快。Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of aripirazole in the treatment of adolescents＇ schizophrenia.Methods Thirty-five patients with adolescents＇ schizophrenia were randomly divided into aripiprazole group and risperedone group,which were given aripiprazole and risperedone respectively for 8 weeks.Before and at the end of the 1st,2nd,4th and 8th week treatment,the efficacy was assessed with Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale（BPRS）,and the side effect was evaluated by treatment emergent side effect scale（TESS）.Results After 8 weeks,there was no significant difference in the efficacy and side effect between the two groups（P 0.05）.The significant efficacy rates of aripiprazole was 57.89% and the total efficacy rate was 84.21% while that was 56.25% and 81.25% in the risperedone group.The side effects induced by aripiprazole were fewer and milder.Conclusion Aripirazole is safe and effective in the treatment of adolescents＇ schizophrenia with a rapid onset of action.
