摘　　要：目的了解嘉定镇街道社区卫生服务中心近3年健康教育与健康促进工作开展情况，提出今后工作中需改进的地方、可持续进行以及可开创的新项目，提高效率、改善效果，发挥健康教育最大效益，为社区卫生改革提供依据和参考方向。方法回顾嘉定镇街道2007～2009年连续3年的健康教育工作，对各项健康促进活动、人力资源、重点场所及专项工作等开展情况进行分析，评估本辖区目前的健康教育概况。结果通过宣传、咨询、培训、讲座等形式开展的健康教育与健康促进活动，受益面逐年提增；社区健康促进志愿者、健康咨询点在健康教育工作中发挥了重要作用；市民应知应会知晓率连续3年达90％以上；控烟工作落实到位。结论健康教育与健康促进工作重在社区，且任重而道远。改变传统的方式和手段，采用新颖的、社区居民喜闻乐见的、更环保的载体模式是提高健康教育效果的关键；经费投入和人力资源建设是提高健康促进效果的保障；政府重视、政策推动、部门协作是健康教育与健康促进全面、顺利发展的支撑条件。Objective To investigate the present situation of health education and health promotion of Jiadingzhen Street Community Health Service nearly 3 years. To put forward improvement in the work, new project that can be carried out and can be created. To improve efficiency and effect, produce the best possible results of health education, and to provide the basis and the reference for community health reformation. Methods Three consecutive years of health education work of Jiadingzhen street was reviewed. The health promotion activities, human resources, key places and special working out situation were analyzed. Results Through publicity, consultation, training,lectures etc the form open an exhibition of health education and health promote activity, Benefited range increased year by year mention. Community health promote volunteer, health consultation point in the health edu- cation the work exertive importance function. Citizens should know and should master the skill rate to reach to above 90% for three consecutive years. Implementing. The work of control smoking in place. Conclusion Health education and health promotion were focused on community. Changing the traditional ways and means, the novel, the community residents by the carrier, and more environmental protection was the key to improve the health education mode. Funds and manpower resources construction were in- surance of the effect of health promotion. Government departments, policies, education and health cooperation were supporting conditions to promote healthy and smooth development of health education.
