摘 要:目的对直接测定法测定血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL—C)与Friedewald公式(F公式)计算的结果进行对比观察。方法在美国Dimension型全自动生化分析仪上对585份标本直接测定TC、TG、HDL—C、LDC-C,同时运用公式法计算出每份标本的LDL—C,按TG〈1.13mmoL/L、1.13~2.25mmol/L、2.26~3.39mm01/L、3.40~4.52mmol/L、〉4.52mm01/L分为5个组。另按TC≤6.2mm01/L、TC〉6.2mmoL/L分为两组进行统计分析。结果直接测定法虽然与公式法有良好的正相关,但TG水平在1.12~2.25mmol/L、3.39—4.52mmol/L、〉4.52mmol/L时,两方法结果差异均有统计学意义,在不同的TC水平下,两方法结果也存在显著性差别。结论两种方法测定结果存在偏差,可能会对同一份标本给出不同的结果.建议对于以治疗和监测心血管病为目的的患者,最好采用直接测定法。Objective To compare the level of low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) detected by direct measurement method and by Friedewald Formula calculation. Methods LDL-C ,TG,TC and HDL-C of 585 samples were determined directly by American Dimension completely automatic biochemistry analyzer. LDL-C of each sample was also calculated by Friewold Formale. Samples were divided into five groups according to TG level:TG 〈 1.13 mmol/L, 1.13 -2.25 mmol/L,2.26 -3.39 mmol/ L,3.40 -4.52 mmol/L and 〉4.52 mmol/L. Meanwhile,samples were divided into two groups according to TC level: TC≤6.2 mmol/L, TC 〉 6.2 mmol/L. Statistics analysis was performed on the basis of groups listed above. Results Though direct measurement method and formulas calculation were positively correlated, there were significant differences between these two methods among groups of TG level in 1.12 -2.25 mmol/L,3.39 -4.52 mmol/L,and 〉 4.52 mmol/L and between groups divided by TC level. Conclusion There is deviation between these two methods to determine LDL-C,which will lead to present different results to one sample. Direct measurement method is suggested to be used in regard to treatment or surveillance of cardiovascular disease.
