全数字化乳腺摄影在导管原位癌诊断中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨全数字化乳腺X线摄影对导管原位癌的诊断价值。方法收集经手术及病理证实的乳腺导管原位癌32例,术前均行全数字化X线摄影检查,回顾性分析其X线征象。结果 32例乳腺导管原位癌,显示恶性钙化29例,其中单纯钙化15例,钙化伴肿块4例,伴结构扭曲2例,伴局灶性致密影8例,另3例未发现明显恶性征象。全数字化X线摄影对乳腺导管原位癌的诊断符合率为81.25%。结论全数字化X线摄影对乳腺导管原位癌的诊断具有很高的价值;钙化是乳腺导管原位癌最常见的X线征象,结构紊乱和局灶性致密影是乳腺导管原位癌最容易忽略的X线表现。Objective To study the value of full-field digital mammography in diagnosing ductal carcinoma in situ. Methods Thirty-two cases confirmed by surgery, and pathology were collected and retrospectively analyzed in this study. All cases had been examined with full-field digital mammography before surgery. Results Malignant calcification was noted in 29 cases, of them, lump was detected in 4 cases, architecture distortion in 2 cases, focal asymmetrical density in 8 cases. 3 cases were normal. The diagnosis rate of full-field digital mammography was 81.25%. Conclusion Full-field digital mammography had great value in diagnosis of ductal carcinoma in situ. Malignant calcification was most common feature of ductal carcinoma in situ, while architecture distortion and focal asymmetrical density were the most easily overlooked.
