摘　　要：对晚期肝癌病人常见的疼痛、疲乏、体重下降-恶病质、黄疸4个常见症状进行阐述,指出作为高级实践护士应关注晚期肝癌病人症状困扰问题,提高症状管理水平,以减轻病人症状负担,提高病人的生活质量。With the increasing prevalence of hepatitis B and hepatitis C in the whole world,the incidence rate of hepatic cancer is rising worldwide in recent years.For hepatic cancer patients in advanced stage,effective symptoms management is both key points and important content for enhancing their functional state and quality of life.This article reviewed symptoms management of hepatic cancer patients in advanced stage.It mainly expounded the common symptoms including pain,fatigue,weight lost,cachexia and jaundice.It pointed out that as advanced practice nurse one should pay more attention to the symptoms puzzles of patients and enhance the level of symptoms management so as to reduce the symptoms burden of hepatic cancer patients in advanced stage and to enhance their quality of life.
