益气活血解毒汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药益气活血解毒汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作期的临床疗效。方法将78例慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作期患者随机分为治疗组43例与对照组35例,治疗组在西医常规治疗的基础上给予益气活血解毒汤剂,对照组予以西医常规治疗;比较两组临床疗效及血气分析、血常规、C超敏反应蛋白、降钙素原、肺功能等指标的变化。结果治疗组临床疗效及多项指标改善均优于对照组。结论益气活血解毒汤联合西药对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期有良好的治疗作用。Objective：To evaluate the clinical effect of Yiqihuoxuejiedu Decoction on acute attack period of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods：78 patients with acute attack period of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were randomly divided into the treatment group with 43 cases and the control group with 35 cases.Besides with the routine therapy in two groups,the treatment group was added with the Yiqihuoxuejiedu Decoction.There were some indices observed and compared including the clinical effect,the blood gas analysis,the blood routine,the CRP,the PCT and the lung function.Results：The clinical effects and the indices improvements in the treatment group were superior to those in the control group.Conclusion： Yiqihuoxuejiedu Decoction combined with western medicine treatment has a good therapeutic effect in acute attack period of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
