银质针导热联合正骨推拿治疗颈性眩晕临床研究

摘　　要：目的比较银质针导热联合正骨推拿治疗与针刺配合正骨推拿治疗颈性眩晕的临床疗效。方法将70例颈性眩晕患者随机分为两组,治疗组予以银质针导热配合正骨推拿治疗,对照组接受针刺配合正骨推拿治疗;银质针导热治疗1次、针刺和正骨推拿治疗10d为1疗程。于治疗前及治疗1疗程后2周、1个月、3个月和6个月,参照《中医病证诊断疗效标准》和颈性眩晕症状与功能评估量表(ESCV)评定疗效。结果治疗1个疗程结束后2周和1个月时,两组患者的ESCV评分均较治疗前明显改善,治疗组明显优于对照组;治疗结束后3个月和6个月时治疗组与对照组的差异进一步扩大;治疗组总有效率亦明显优于对照组。结论银质针导热联合正骨推拿与针刺联合正骨推拿治疗颈性眩晕均有显著效果,但银质针导热联合正骨推拿治疗次数更少、疗效持续时间更长、综合治疗效果更好。Objective：To observe the effects of silver needle heat conduction and bone setting massage in the cervical vertigo.Methods： 70 cases with cervical vertigo were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in the treatment group were treated with silver needle heat conduction and bone setting massage.Patients in the control group were treated with acupuncture and bone setting massage.The 1 treatment course was lasted for sliver needle heat conduction 1 time and acupuncture combined with bone setting massage for 10 days.Before treatment and 2 weeks and 1,3,6 months after treatment,the clinical effect was assessed by the ESCV scale and the criteria of diagnosis and therapeutic effect of diseases and syndromes in traditional Chinese medicine.Results： At 2 weeks and 1 month after 1 treatment course,the ESCV scale were significantly improved in both groups.But the extent of improvement in the treatment group is much larger than those in the control group.At 3 and 6 months after treatment,the differences between 2 groups were more significant.The effective rate and the excellent rate in treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group.Conclusion： Two methods are equally effective in treatment of cervical vertigo.However,the silver needle heat conduction is more effective.
