金辛镇痛液对急性血瘀证大鼠PGF_1α及TXB_2的影响

摘　　要：目的观察金辛镇痛液对急性血瘀证大鼠血液流变学指标、血浆前列腺素F1α(PGF1α)和血栓素B2(TXB2)的影响,以探讨其活血化瘀机制。方法以皮下注射大剂量盐酸肾上腺素加冰水浴造成大鼠急性血瘀证模型,检测大鼠血液流变学指标、血浆PGF1α和TXB2。结果麝香舒活精组、金辛镇痛液各剂量组与模型组比较,能不同程度地改善大鼠血液流变学指标,且大鼠血浆TXB2减少,PGF1α明显增加,TXB2/PGF1α值明显改善。结论金辛镇痛液对血瘀证模型大鼠有明显的活血化瘀作用。Objective：To evaluate the effect of removing blood stasis by observing the influence of Jinxinzhentong Liniment on PGF1α and TXB2 of rats with acute blood stasis syndrome.Methods： Rats with acute blood stasis syndrome model were established with subcutaneous injection of high dose adrenaline hydrochloride and ice water bath.There were some indices to be observe including the hemorheological parameters,the PGF1α and TXB2.Results： Compared with the model group,there were some improvements of indices including the hemorheological parameters,the plasma TXB2 decrease and the PGF1α increase.Meanwhile,the TXB2/PGF1α was improved obviously.Conclusion： Jinxinzhentong Liniment has remarkable effect of removing blood stasis in the rats with blood stasis syndrome model.
