淫羊藿总黄酮对高脂血症大鼠血清脂联素水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探索淫羊藿总黄酮对高脂血症大鼠血清脂联素水平的影响及其改善内皮细胞作用的可能机制。方法将SD大鼠随机分为高脂饮食组(26只)和对照组(9只)。高脂饮食组高脂饮食喂养12周后,随机分为模型组(8只)和低剂量淫羊藿总黄酮组(9只)、高剂量淫羊藿总黄酮组(9只),灌胃相应药物4周后检测各组大鼠血脂水平并观察主动脉病理变化,采用ELISA法检测脂联素水平。结果与模型组比较,高、低剂量淫羊藿总黄酮组甘油三酯、总胆固醇水平降低(P<0.05或0.01),可明显减轻高脂饮食所致主动脉内皮损伤、内膜断裂,改善平滑肌增生,血清脂联素水平显著升高(P<0.01),并且高剂量组脂联素水平比低剂量组升高明显(P<0.05)。结论淫羊藿总黄酮能够调节血脂,提高血清脂联素水平。这与淫羊藿总黄酮改善内皮功能、抗动脉粥样硬化有关。Objective：To investigate the influence of total flavonoids of epimedium on adiponectin and the mechanism of its improvement of vascular endothelium in aorta of hyperlipidemia rats.Methods： 35 SD male rats were randomly divided into the high-fat diet group and the control group.After fat diet for 12 weeks,the high-fat diet group was randomly divided into the model group,the low-dose total favonoids of epimedium and the high-dose total favonoids of epimedium group.Being fed with corresponding drugs for 4 weeks,the serum lipid and the aortic pathological were detected.The level of adiponectin was tested by the ELISA method.Results： Compared with the model group,the TG level and the TC concentration were decreased in the low-dose and the high-dose total flavonoids of epimedium group.This drug could not only decrease the aortic imtimal injury and endometruim fracture,but also improve the smooth muscle proliferation and adiponictin level.Furthermore,the increase degree in the high dose group was more significant than that in the low dose group.Conclusion： The mechanism of that total flavonoids of epimedium can reduce the level of blood lipid,but increase the level of adiponectin could be related to its improve imtimal function and prevention of resistant with atherosclerosis.
