风湿痛消丸对佐剂性关节炎模型动物的抗炎镇痛作用研究

摘　　要：目的研究风湿痛消丸对佐剂性关节炎模型动物抗炎镇痛作用。方法抗炎实验采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀和大鼠佐剂性关节炎等常规模型;镇痛实验采用热板法、辐射热照射法和醋酸扭体法。结果风湿痛消丸中剂量组抑制肿胀和对抗疼痛与模型组及高、低剂量组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与阿司匹林组比较疗效相当(P>0.05)。结论中剂量的风湿痛消丸有明显抗炎镇痛作用。Objective：To evaluate the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect of Fengshitongxiao Pill on model with adjuvant arthritis.Methods： Models,which were mice model of auricle swelling and rat model of adjuvant arthritis,were used in the anti-inflammatory experiments.3 methods were used in the analgesic experiments including the hot plate test,the radiant heat method and the acetic acid writhing test.Results： In the inhibition of swell and pain effect,there were some statistical differences among the middle dose,the high dose and the low dose group.The effect of the middle dose group was similar to the aspirin group.Conclusion： Middle dose Fengshitongxiao Pill has obvious anti-inflammatory and analgesic function
