国产阿维菌素驱杀绵羊内外寄生虫试验

摘　　要：在隔离饲养的条件下，０２ｍｇ／ｋｇ 、０３ｍｇ／ｋｇ 国产阿维菌素片剂和０２ ｍｇ／ｋｇ 气雾剂对绵羊颚虱、绵羊足颚虱、消化道线虫和丝状网尾线虫的驱杀效果均达１００ ％ ；对绵羊虱蝇杀灭率分别为９０６４ ％ 、９４９９ ％ 和８７７１ ％ ；对草原革蜱的杀灭率分别为７４４２ ％ 、８４９１ ％ 和７６３２ ％ ；原园科线虫减少率分别达８３１７ ％ 、９０７６ ％ 、８５６６ ％ 。因此，在放牧条件下，推广使用阿维菌素片剂是防治内外寄生虫病的一种有效手段。The sheep feeding under isolated condition were treated with Avermectin tablets made in China in a dose of 0.2mg/kg.b.w,0.3mg/kg.b.w.and Avermectin aerosol in a dose of 0.2mg/kg.b.w.,resp.The results showed that the infection rate of Linognathus Ovinus Linognathus Pedalis ,intestinal nematodes and Dictyocaulus filaria were reduced by 100%;one of Melophagus ovinus were reduced by 90.64%,94.99% and 87.71% resp.;one of Dermacentor Nuttalli were reduced by 74.72%,84.91% and 76.32%,resp.The infection rate of Protostrongylidae nematodes were reduced by 83.17% ,90.76% and 85.66%,resp.Therefore ,spreading use of Avermectin tablets was an effective method to control endo exo parasites in the sheep under pasturing condition.
