摘　　要：目的分析外科急诊手术患者病种,为有针对性的培养外科医生应对外科急诊手术技能提供依据。方法采用回顾性分析方法,以ICD-10疾病和有关健康问题的国际统计标准分类系统对我院近三年外科急诊手术病种进行分析。结果近三年我院外科急诊手术患者病种以消化系统疾病为主,创伤患者次之,呼吸系统疾病患者最少。结论急诊外科医生应注重消化系统疾病和创伤的手术和围手术治疗技能培养,提高疾病治愈率。Objective To analyze the disease spectrum of patients under operation in the emergency surgical department,and supply evidence for the training of surgeons in the emergency surgical department.Methods The retrospective study and ICD-10 were adopted to analyze the disease spectrum in the last three years in our department.Results The digestive system disease took the first place,and the trauma occupied the second place,respiratory disease was least.Conclusion The train of surgeons should focus on the treatment of operation and perioperative period patients with digestive system diseases or trauma.
