吸入糖皮质激素治疗稳定期COPD疗效观察

摘　　要：目的稳定期重度慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者予以吸入糖皮质激素治疗,进行疗效观察,探讨吸入糖皮质激素治疗稳定期重度COPD的疗效。方法采用随机数字法将我院2007～2009年符合入选标准的60例稳定期重度COPD患者,分为吸入糖皮质激素组30例,对照组30例,两组均给予常规治疗,实验组在常规治疗基础上吸入糖皮质激素布地奈德(商品名,普米克都保),疗程均为6个月。结果实验组呼吸困难及生活质量评分、6m in步行距离、肺功能测定等指标均较对照组明显改善(P<0.05),且急性加重患者的门诊和住院人次较对照组少(P<0.05)。结论吸入糖皮质激素治疗稳定期重症COPD有效。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of inhaling glucocorticoid in treating patients with serious chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD） in stable phrase.Methods Sixty patients with serious COPD in stable phrase were divided randomly into 2 groups in 2007~2009.The curative group including 30 patients was treated with inhaling glucocortcoid Budesonide based on routine therapy,meanwhile the control group was treated only with routine therapy.The course of treatment lasted 6 months.Results Compared with control group,the dyspneic respiration grade,quality of life grades,6 min walking distance and the 1 st second forced expiration was improved obsviously in the curative group（P0.05）.The number of out-patient clinic and hospitalization patients with acute exacerbation also decreased（P0.05）.Conclusion Inhaling glucocorticoid was effective to patients with serious COPD in stable phrase.
