摘 要:对神府韩家湾煤矿2303综采工作面进行了矿压观测,实测了支架活柱下缩量、工作面顶板移近量、顶板来压强度以及巷道变形破坏参数,总结了厚松散层覆盖层浅埋煤层综采工作面的矿压显现规律。观测结果表明,老顶来压强度不高,支架能平衡顶板压力,满足工作面正常开采时对支护阻力的要求。针对目前顶板的支护状况和顶板灾变危险,提出了提高支架初撑力等改善措施,研究成果对指导厚松散层覆盖浅埋煤层综采工作面安全开采具有指导作用。Observation was carried out in 2303 fully mechanized face of Hanjiawan Coal Mine in Shenfu Mining Area, measurements were made on the yield of support, the convergence of face roof, the loading strength of roof and the deformation and failure parameters of roadway, and the ground behaviour rule in a fully mechanized face of thick and loose shallow-buried coal seam was summarized. The observation results showed that the loading strength of the main roof was not high, and the support can balance the roof pressure and meet the requirement of supporting resistance for normal coal mining. To counter the current support and disaster situation, the improveing measures such as the increase of the setting load of support were put forward. This research result can play a guidance role for the safe mining in a fully mechanized face of thick and loose shallow-buried coal seam.
